bison woodworks products are quality hand made and will take time to ship if it is a custom product, orders will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. we ship with usps, ups, or fedex. During the holidays shipping, it may take longer, and you will be notified if shipping prolonged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, and must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition prior to shipping. Customers are responsisible for return shipping costs, unless package is lost damaged or stolen. Non-returnable items include any custom items. to make return possible be sure to include clear photos of damage, the box, and the packaging. once reviewed we will offer a replacement or refund please allow 3-7 business days for refund to appear back into your account. be sure to email us for questions. send photos to the email provided.
