All of this stuff is hand made and takes time to ship if custom ordered, orders will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. we ship with usps, ups, or fedex. During the holidays shipping take longer, you will be notified if so. free pickup at store location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery, and must be unused, unwashed, and in near original condition prior to shipping. Customers are responisible for return shipping costs. None returnable items include any custom boards. to make return notice be sure to include clear photos of damage, the box, and the packaging. once reviewed we will offer a replacement or refund. please allow 3-7 business days for refund to appear back in account. be sure to email us for questions.
